The raffle draw at this Sligo festival is straight out of Father Ted
WE’RE RIGHT IN the thick of festival season at the moment with Forbidden Fruit, Bloom and Slane all taking place this weekend.
However, it’s safe to say that this little festival in Sligo was the place to be this weekend.
The raffle draw in particular was a sight to behold with the MC engaging in banter about The Late Late Show, Co. Roscommon and the Rose of Tralee.
Seriously, there has never been anything more Irish.
Bonus points for this quality moment when a group of people came hurtling by in barrels.
